One Village One Product

OVOP Kyrgyzstan is an association dedicated to the sustainable and equitable development of the rural regions of Kyrgyzstan. We are a project of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the international aid and development agency of the Japanese government. We operate through the framework of the One Village One Product (OVOP) Model for rural development, which originated in Oita Prefecture, Japan in 1979.
